Networks & Learning
More than a programme — the entry point into a growing network of executives building with purpose across territories. The programme is five days. The network is for life.
What You Gain
The executives building businesses that matter should know each other. Singapore is where we bring them together. What they build afterwards is the point.
Practical tools for leading through disruption — built for African and Asian realities.
A curated, growing community of senior leaders building purposefully across Africa and Asia. A network that compounds in value the longer you are part of it.
How governance, AI, and workforce dynamics will reshape organisations across Africa and Asia in the decade ahead.
Hands-on access to Singapore's innovation hubs, government agencies, and corporates. Not as a tourist — as a leader.
The network you join through this programme is also a platform — for partnerships, for capital introductions, for joint ventures, and for the kind of collaborative expansion that no single business can achieve alone. Members benefit from the network long after the programme ends.
A practical 90-day leadership plan — developed during the programme, refined through post-immersion coaching, ready to implement immediately.
The Network
Every participant joins something larger. A growing community of executives — across Africa, Asia, and beyond — who share a single conviction: expansion, job creation, and regeneration are not trade-offs. They are the goal.
We are building this deliberately. The network is only as valuable as the people in it.
The programme is five days. The network is for life.
A curated community of executives expanding with regenerative intent. Ongoing introductions, collaborations, and capital connections through AXL Meridian.
Founders, corporate leaders, and government officials. All committed to building something that lasts.
Every member builds with an eye on what they leave behind. This is not a constraint on ambition — it is the amplifier of it.
Programme Structure
Not just a week in Singapore. Preparation, immersion, and reflection — designed as one continuous journey.
Two 3-hour online sessions. You arrive in Singapore primed — challenges identified, problem statements ready.
Five days of masterclasses, site visits, workshops, and leadership labs. Facilitated by coaches from Singapore and South Africa.
Two 3-hour online sessions. Consolidate learning, refine your 90-day plan, and commit to change with accountability built in.
5-Day Singapore Agenda
The five days are structured around the most pressing challenges facing African and Asian leaders today — from disruption and governance to AI, innovation, and cross-continental partnership.
Land in Singapore. Settle in. Welcome dinner with your cohort. AXL facilitators set the frame: what are the real constraints facing African and Asian leaders scaling across borders?
Morning masterclass on cross-border scaling. Afternoon site visit to a Singapore innovation hub. Evening: refine your 10-minute scaling challenge presentation for Day 2.
You present your scaling challenge to Singapore partners, investors, and operators. Structured one-on-ones follow. Your 90-day execution plan framework begins.
Second site visit day. Afternoon deep work session to complete your 90-day plan with partner and mentor support. Evening: peer review and honest cohort feedback.
Masterclass on governance, workforce futures, and AI in the Afro-Asia context. Strategy work session — refine and stress-test your plan. Cohort synthesis and alignment.
Final plan presentations. Public commitments to your first 30 days. Certificate ceremony. Celebration dinner. You leave with clarity, connections, and momentum.
Programme Components
Bookend sessions that prepare you before Singapore and embed learning into practice afterwards.
Expert-led sessions on disruption, governance, and workforce futures. Delivered by practitioners, not academics.
Disruption mapping, governance design, and scenario planning. Hands-on and immediately applicable.
Direct exposure to Singapore's innovation hubs, agencies, and corporates. Not a lecture about the ecosystem — inside it.
Dinners and industry lunches with Afro-Asia and Singapore leaders. Often the most valuable part of the week.
Built during the programme, refined through coaching. Ready to implement Monday morning.
Who Attends
Deliberately selective. Two complementary groups — corporate leaders and government change-makers — creating the conditions for genuine cross-continental dialogue.
Our Work
A fast-growing tourism business where decision-making was bottlenecked at the top — creating delays, reducing guest experience, and limiting growth.
A structured programme for nine team leaders — coaching and facilitating, not directing. Built around real scenarios from their business.
A leadership layer that held the business steady while the founders looked further ahead — and freed capacity for new growth.
September 2026
Twelve participants. Genuine relationships, real dialogue, and facilitation that responds to who is in the room. Once the cohort is full, it is full.
