TSD Consulting LLP is AXL Meridian's Singapore-based strategic partner, bringing deep access to Asia's family office networks, institutional relationships, and innovation ecosystem. Led by Aldrin Tee — AXL Meridian's co-founder — TSD is the Asia-facing engine of the platform: co-designing programmes, syndicating opportunities, and providing the on-ground Singapore presence that makes cross-border work real.
SCII is a Singapore-based innovation and impact institution connected to the TSD ecosystem. Through the SCII relationship, AXL Meridian gains access to Singapore's broader innovation network, impact-aligned capital, and the institutional frameworks that allow ventures to be structured and presented credibly to international stakeholders and development finance institutions.
DesignThinkers Africa is a Cape Town-based design and innovation consultancy with deep experience across Africa's corporate, public sector, and development landscape. When AXL Meridian engagements require design research, service design, innovation capability training, futures thinking, systems thinking, or human-centred storytelling — DesignThinkers Africa is the specialist partner we bring in. They also run bootcamps and concept development programmes that help teams build and pitch ideas to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Where AXL Meridian opens doors and builds structures, DesignThinkers Africa builds the capability inside organisations to walk through them.
Boldcom brings a global network of executive coaches and leadership development specialists to the AXL Meridian platform. Led by Simon Bold, this partnership strengthens our capacity to build leadership depth within the ventures and organisations we work with — ensuring that growth in capability keeps pace with growth in scale.
